We all know that Korean idols, especially female idols put a lot of effort on keeping their bodies in shape. This site is proof of it. I doubt most idols were born that way, they diet and exercise to maintain their beauty, as they're in the spotlight all the time, it is a important thing for them.
I will gather all Asian celebrities diets/exercise/beauty tips news that I come across. Also, I will write original articles about dieting and much more. This site is still under development. If you have any suggestion/commentary feel free to speak your mind.
